Why we go
For His name.
God's passion for His name and His glory are the supreme reasons for His actions in the world, so they are our central motivation in missions. He is not yet worshipped among every people as He deserves, so we go to call out worshippers from every tribe and nation. We both proclaim the good news and demonstrate it in how we live.
How we go
Making disciples.
The primary way is making disciples in the context of a local church, and where there is no church, planting one. We want to be on mission at the same time locally in Kansas City, across our nation, and to the ends of the earth, especially among the unreached. We feed people, and we tell them Jesus loves them.
